Please note that all purchases made on thetwowhotravel are non-refundable. This policy reflects the nature of our digital products, which can be easily copied and consumed once downloaded.

Reasons for our non-refundable policy:

Immediate access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the digital product, allowing you to download and/or view it. Once accessed, we cannot control its duplication or distribution.

Intangible nature: Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be returned or physically verified as unused.

Exceptions to the non-refundable policy:

Technical issues: We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the downloaded product is corrupt or unusable due to a technical issue on our end. Please contact us at pr.thetwowhotravel@gmail.com with details of the technical issue and your order number.

Double purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice within 24 hours, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase. Please contact us at pr.thetwowhotravel@gmail.com with your order numbers.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
