• 1–10 Days – INR 3000
• 11–20 Days – INR 4500

International (all the rates are including GST)
• 1–10 Days – INR 8000
• 11–20 Days – INR 10000
• 21–30 Days – INR 16000

Destination Change Fee
Once the route and destinations are finalized, any destination change will be chargeable.

• International – INR 3500
• India – INR 1500
(Valid for change of up to one destination only.)

Urgent Delivery Charges
For itinerary delivery requests within 3 days, an urgent processing fee of 1.5x the itinerary amount will apply.

Destination Consultation Call
If you would like help deciding or narrowing down destinations before booking an itinerary, consultation calls are available.

Step 1 – Select Your Start Date
While placing your order, you will choose the date on which our team will begin working on your itinerary.

Step 2 – Draft Route Plan
We will first share a draft route plan with destination suggestions and flow options via WhatsApp. (This is not the final itinerary.)

Step 3 – Complimentary Consultation Call
After reviewing the draft route, we offer a complimentary 1-hour Google Meet call to help finalize destinations and clarify travel plans.

Step 4 – Flight & Stay Suggestions
Once the route is approved, flight and accommodation suggestions will be shared by the next working day.

Step 5 – First Draft Delivery
The first detailed itinerary draft will be shared within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Step 6 – Revisions & Changes
After the first draft is shared, you can request up to 2 rounds of revisions for:
• Hotels/Stays
• Restaurants
• Activities & Sightseeing

Please note:
• City changes are not included in revisions.
• Major route or destination changes will be chargeable.

Step 7 – Final Walkthrough Call
Once the itinerary draft is ready, we offer another complimentary 1-hour Google Meet call to walk you through the itinerary and answer any questions.

Step 8 – Ongoing Support
We remain available on WhatsApp before and during your trip for reasonable travel related assistance during working hours.

Along with your custom itinerary, we also share a complete travel quotation including suggested stays, transport options, activities, and other applicable bookings.

You are free to:
• Use only the itinerary and make the bookings independently, OR
• Proceed with the bookings through The Two Who Travel.

In case you choose to confirm your trip bookings with us, the itinerary amount paid by you will be adjusted against your final package cost for the same destination/trip.

This means:
• The itinerary fee will be deducted from the final booking amount.
• You will only need to pay the remaining balance amount accordingly.


Please note:
• The itinerary fee adjustment is applicable only if the complete booking is processed through The Two Who Travel.
• The adjustment is valid only for the same destination/trip for which the itinerary was created.
• The itinerary amount cannot be transferred, adjusted, or used against bookings for any other destination, country, or future trip.
• Partial bookings may not qualify for full itinerary fee adjustment.
• Once the itinerary service has started, the itinerary amount remains non-refundable.

Important Terms & Conditions
• All the calls will be done on WhatsApp calls.
• Response timings are limited to working hours only.
• The itinerary is customized based on information shared by the traveler at the time of booking.
• Delays in approvals or responses from the traveler may impact delivery timelines.
• The Two Who Travel is not responsible for airline schedule changes, visa decisions, weather disruptions, hotel issues, or third-party operational changes.
• Once the final itinerary is delivered, any major reworking may incur additional charges.
• Custom itineraries are non-refundable once work has started.
